A2Z Event Specialists is a leading décor company within South Africa. The company was founded by Ingrid who instilled the, passion for “all things beautiful” within her daughters. This trio now executes events worldwide and offers décor services as well as a full co-ordination service for all your event requirements.

Consult- a zoom online appointment is set up for an initial consultation. This will help us get an understanding of all your requirements as well as whether you require décor services only or full planning services.
Design- a digital pin board or mockup (at a fee) is arranged based on our initial discussion. This helps us tweak the client’s vision while ensuring we capture the essence of your desired style for your event.
Tailor- a tailored vision board is sent to the client which includes tweaks made within the design process.
Deliver- our team executes the vision on site while ensuring everything goes according to plan and delivering a perfect polished event.
